These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the access to and use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name nbajae (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at https://nbajae.app. By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. nbajae reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account.

2.1 The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

2.2 nbajae conducts age and identity verification as part of the account registration and ongoing compliance process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at any point when verification is requested. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

2.3 Individuals who are self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been identified as problem gamblers by any recognised organisation, are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the Platform.

3.1 Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any other identifiable attribute — nbajae reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.

3.3 Accounts must be registered in your own legal name. The use of pseudonyms, aliases, or the names of other individuals is prohibited. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of your account.

4.1 nbajae accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are as stated in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated periodically.

4.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your account and that has been verified as belonging to you. nbajae does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours; however, processing times may vary depending on your selected payment provider. Withdrawals to mobile banking services such as bKash and Nagad are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval.

4.3 nbajae reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. This is in accordance with our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

4.4 Deposits that cannot be attributed to a verified account holder will be returned to the originating payment method without processing. nbajae accepts no liability for any delay or loss arising from a failed deposit caused by inaccurate payment details provided by the Player.

5.1 nbajae offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bonus system — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinated wagering patterns designed to reduce risk, use of software to automate betting, or any form of collusion — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Where nbajae determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, the Platform reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold any funds pending investigation. Wagering requirements attached to any bonus must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. nbajae reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.1 All games available on the nbajae Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

6.2 All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical results observable in real time. nbajae does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and any wager placed will be returned to the Player's account balance.

In-play bets accepted after a market-determining event has occurred — for example, a wicket falling before the bet is confirmed — will be voided. nbajae reserves the right to suspend any market at any time.

6.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that provides an unfair advantage over other players or against the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

7.1 nbajae is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbajae Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially motivated criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or identity verification.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of nbajae. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence in the Platform's intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes.

10.1 nbajae provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbajae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction, loss of data, or any interruption of service. Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10.3 nbajae accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to read and understand the rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by nbajae is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an account.

12.1 nbajae reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 nbajae may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination, any funds held in your account balance that are not subject to an ongoing investigation will be returned to your verified payment method.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming governance. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to seek resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process.
